Judge Bernard Makgabo Ngoepe (born 22 October 1947)〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=Profile Judge Bernard Ngoepe )〕 is a South African Judge. He obtained a BJur from the University of the North and a LLB degree from Unisa. Ngoepe has previously served as an Acting judge of the Constitutional Court of South Africa.
